Description – Information on over 800 different job roles, these are generic and not individual vacancies. Allows students to find out information about jobs, such as the qualifications needed, what the day-to-day tasks may include, and what to expect

Description – Information on all Higher Education courses offered in the UK, including course content and entry requirements. Students are able to search by subject and use filters to select courses/institutions that interest them. This site also has a lot of information on the process of applying for University as well as support for students and parents/carers.

Useful for – Students who are not sure what options there are at University, Students who would like to go to University but are not sure what they should study Post-16 to allow them to progress into the course of their choice

 

ICloud Careers

Description – Short video interviews with individuals working in different jobs. Provides information on a wide range of careers and the pathways followed by individuals.

Useful for – Students who want to find out more about a particular job. Students who are unsure about the jobs they may find interesting.

Description – Offers courses in a range of vocational subjects including hair and beauty, mechanics, engineering, science, education and more. Offers A-Levels in a range of subjects. Offers Apprenticeships.
